Our games are digital content, delivered straight after payment.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

You have 14 days from your purchase to change your mind. Write to hello@jogaboquizo.com within 14 days, and we will refund you.

Problems with your game

If a game doesn't work as described or you can't open it, write to hello@jogaboquizo.com. We will fix it, send a new file or refund you. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected.

Bought the wrong game?

Write to us within 14 days, before you've opened it, and we'll look at it.

Complaints
