1. Overview

This website is operated by Wazza Studio (CVR 46857070), trading as Joga Boquizo ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to sell our products to you.

2. Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

All products sold on this website are digital products. No physical goods will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, access to the purchased product will be delivered electronically via download link and email confirmation.

As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. If you change your mind, contact us at hello@jogaboquizo.com within 14 days and we will refund you.

3. License and Intellectual Property

All content, including quiz materials, graphics, branding, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Wazza Studio.

When purchasing a product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the product.

You may not do the following with the product or any part of it without prior written consent:

  • Reproduce
  • Resell
  • Distribute
  • Modify

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. No Affiliation

Joga Boquizo is an independent football quiz. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, federation, or competition. Names of clubs, players, and competitions are used for identification and quiz purposes only.

5. Orders and Payments

When placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Charges will be honored by your payment provider

All prices are shown in the store's currency and include VAT where applicable. The price that applies is the price shown at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, any payment will be refunded in full.

6. Refund Policy

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, as described in section 2. If a product is faulty, does not work as described, or cannot be accessed, contact us and we will fix the problem, provide a replacement, or refund your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided as described on the product page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website at all times.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wazza Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify. Any payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party platforms.

10. Governing Law and Complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@jogaboquizo.com, and we will do our best to find a solution. If we cannot resolve it, you can file a complaint with the Danish consumer complaints body, Nævnenes Hus (www.naevneneshus.dk). If you live in another EU country, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre in Denmark (www.forbrugereuropa.dk).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
